We understand that individuals’ requirements can change over time, so our support is dynamic and adaptable. Our team regularly reviews and adjusts the level of assistance to ensure it aligns with each citizen’s evolving goals and challenges.

That’s why our system is designed to be flexible, providing the necessary support during times of difficulty. A key feature of our flexible approach is our 24/7 on-call support, which ensures that residents have access to immediate help whenever needed. Our senior team members are always available to offer emotional and practical assistance during critical moments. Additionally, we can connect individuals with other agencies or services, ensuring they receive comprehensive support.
Our support service begins before a resident even moves into their new home. Upon referral, we open a Tenant Information File and schedule a Tenancy Pre-Assessment Session. During this session, we assess the most suitable housing option and create a Support Plan based on the individual’s needs, their referral data, and their personal input. This plan serves as the foundation for the support that will be provided throughout their time with us.
Once a resident has moved into their accommodation, a member of our support team will visit to ensure they are settled and comfortable in their new environment. During this initial visit, we assist with essential tasks such as registering with a GP, setting up banking and utility accounts, and familiarizing them with the local area. As this can be a time-consuming process, we may schedule several visits to ensure everything is in place.
Once these initial steps are completed, our team works closely with each individual to help them achieve their personal goals, whether they relate to health, employment, social connections, or financial stability. We are committed to providing ongoing support to ensure every resident has the tools and resources they need to thrive.
