Additionally, if a Social Enterprise or community-based organisation meets the required standards, we prioritise them for our service needs. From professional window cleaning at all our properties to the flourishing gardens maintained by our dedicated gardeners, our community partnerships ensure that every property is cared for with the utmost attention to detail.
We also work closely with local Job Centres to promote recruitment opportunities within Solace Supported Living, providing jobs that benefit both the organisation and the local area.
Furthermore, our commitment to local providers enables us to offer valuable work experience opportunities to our citizens.
