Our CEE events are scheduled monthly and vary in nature, from group activities such as football in the park to cultural outings like museum or cinema visits. The purpose of these events is to introduce residents to the opportunities that exist within their local community, helping them connect with the world around them.

By participating in these events, we aim to inspire our residents and encourage them to continue progressing toward their personal goals. Each activity serves as a stepping stone to greater engagement and independence

In addition to these community events, we offer regular Tenant and Partner Engagement Meetings. These open meetings, held at our headquarters, provide an opportunity for residents, neighbours, referring agencies, local authorities, and partner organizations to collaborate and discuss ways to enhance the support we provide. These meetings serve as a platform for feedback, ensuring that our system continuously evolves to meet the needs of our residents.

Our tenant engagement team is always seeking innovative ways to enrich the social experience for our residents. From organizing fun social events to planning activities that encourage personal growth, we are dedicated to creating a vibrant and supportive community environment.

Looking ahead, we are excited to explore opportunities for social enterprise development. By combining skills learned in training programs, work experience, local community support, and partnerships with referring agencies, we aim to create and launch social enterprises that empower our residents and create meaningful opportunities for them to thrive.
